Safer ways to check

  1. 1. Search MiCOURT. Any issued warrant attaches to a case. Search by name at MiCOURT (michigan.gov). If there's an active CF or CM case, look for "Warrant Issued" in the docket entries.
  2. 2. Hire an attorney to check. A defense lawyer can pull the warrant and, in many cases, arrange a "walk-in" surrender at a scheduled court appearance — avoiding overnight detention.
